About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Outlet Manager to lead our team at Sunway Carnival Mall, Seberang Perai. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Assist to lead, train, and motivate retail staff.
• Assist to monitor sales performance, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare sales reports and implement company policies.
• Assist & ensure outlet meets company standards and targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, with supervisory or managerial background.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
