• Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.
• Evaluate recruitment and job positions related matters.
• Liase with Foreign Worker Management Agencies for transport, food, FOMEMA arrangements and etc.
• Manage foreign workers' disciplinary matters, conduct spot checks, visit CLQs.
• Observe, interview, and survey employees to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
• Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both spoken and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
