Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the hospital’s quality management system in alignment with accreditation standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance with clinical and non-clinical protocols and policies.
• Analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction, incident reports, infection rates, and turnaround times.
• Prepare and present reports on audit findings, patient safety, and quality indicators to the management and quality committees.
• Ensure timely documentation and version control of SOPs, manuals, policies, and quality records.
• Liaise with departments to identify areas of improvement and support initiatives for service excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Fresh graduate/ 1 year of relevant experience in hospital quality management or accreditation preparation.
• Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of quality improvement tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
