Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Executive in Perai

• Preparing quotation for approval by superior before submitting to the customers.
• To expedite customer orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods to clients.
• To maintain communication with vendors regarding the procurement of materials and the receipt of finished products.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding product or service issues.
• Develop production master cards for internal use, outlining detailed specifications for each job.
• Coordinate and schedule production tasks to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
• Follow up with Production Department to ensure timely processing of order and delivery of goods.
• Handle purchase activities based on material shortage needs.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
• Ensure quotation include a FSC claim for each item and Company FSC CoC code number.
• Ensure Work Order and Master Card clearly states the requirement of FSC certified material and relevant FSC claim.
• Applying appropriate identification labeling and segregation methods throughout the production processes and preventing FSC certified materials or products to be mixed up with non FSC certified materials or products.
• Tasks that specified in FSC CoC Management System.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
