Key Activities / Accountabilities:
1. Monitor all estate operations and manage the estate as a profitable unit.
2. Ensure that operational processes follow the SOPs.
3. Manage estate operations effectively and profitably.
4. Undertake field inspections to ensure that all approved daily programs are implemented as planned.
5. Coordinate, monitor, and manage the job functions of all workers, staff, and executives to ensure that the estate's key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
6. Ensure there are no major outbreaks of pests or diseases and that records are kept up to date.
7. Ensure that manuring is carried out as per recommendations and that records are maintained accordingly.
8. Prepare and monitor the estate's annual budget.
9. Manage costs effectively and within the approved limits.
10. Achieve good replanting standards and PMU ratings.
11. Ensure good quality parameters are achieved at all times.
12. Strictly adhere to MSPO and any governance requirements.
13. Maintain harmonious interaction between management and employees.
14. Adopt new innovations to ensure high productivity and lower costs.
15. Maintain a well-kept housing complex and estate facilities.
16. Achieve good ratings in all audits.
