Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the HOD and Management to identify talents.
• Design a talent development plans in their career and role.
• Propose innovative leadership development programs
• Set up assessment tools to streamline and enhance talent management processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Research market trends and best practices to customize approaches that align with our organizational needs.
• Implementing diverse talent development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and customized training programs tailored to individual
• Enhance talent retention in the working organization.
