• Implement, configure, and maintain Windows servers and Office applications.
• Ensure smooth operation of IT systems (POS, hardware, OS, backups, firewalls, antivirus, email, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IP phones, networking, databases).
• Manage the lifecycle of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses).
• Assist in the implementation and operational support of IT initiatives.
• Guide stakeholders during system implementation and migration.
• Collaborate with vendors for technical support.
• Monitor vendor implementation and manage schedules.
• Negotiate pricing and scope for IT products and services.
• Gather system requirements and address challenges with internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues with users and programmers.
• Analyze and monitor SAP system performance and user access.
• Support SAP reporting and data extraction.
• Maintain HR-related systems/software (e.g., Agathae, UBS).
• Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and SOPs aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guidelines, and training materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of IT management or similar role of work experience.
• Having manufacturing background is an advantage.
