Jawatan Kosong Accounts Executive in Tiram

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The account executive is responsible and accountable for all aspect of Account activities in the companies like cash flow, preparation of P&L, credit /debit facilities, statement of accounts, creditor /debtor aging report.
• To carry out preparation and calculation of payroll for all employees in the company and ensuring pay out by 7th of every month.
• To carry out periodic check on the conformance of cash flow pertaining to the company.
• To liaise with relevant authorities and banking institute on all account and cash flow pertaining matters.
• To Ensure that monthly account report is made by 10th every month.
• To maintain good housekeeping at all times with reference to 6’s stipulation on office floor.
• Responsible to generate team works toward achieving Company’s objective on productivity, rejects and on time delivery as the efficiency set by the company.
• Responsible to accreditation and maintain a conformance of ISO 9001 /ISO 14001 & ISO/TS16949.

AUTHORITY

• To stop/hold supplier payment whenever any non-conformity of deliveries.
• To hold salary workers when there is continues absent.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

ACCA level I & II or Diploma in business studies or equivalent.

• Diploma: A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration can qualify for entry-level roles, especially with relevant work experience.
• Degree: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is the most common requirement for Accounts Executive roles.
• Experience: Relevant work experience (1-3 years) in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management may compensate for lower academic qualifications and is often valued in combination with a diploma.

Professional certifications like CPA, CA, or ACCA can further enhance qualifications.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

• Able to operate accounting software.
• Understanding in Malaysian Payroll Administration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
