Job Responsibility :

• Control work processes in the warehouse; storage and sorting parcels. Reduce loss and damage and most efficiency.
• Conduct communication with customers and relevant persons in all communication channels. To provide advice and solve basic problems in receiving – delivery.
• Responsible for checking customer information to be correct according to standards and on time.
• Review and prepare reports for daily / weekly / month Either for parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues and quick fixes of problems immediately So that parcels can be delivered on time.
• Responsible for the daily earnings summary report. And examining the financial system within the responsible branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.
• Study and follow up on new knowledge technologies that related. To be applied in the administration efficiently.
• Perform work and other projects as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma in logistic or any other field related.
• At least 1 year experience in warehouse operation in Express or other businesses related.
• Computer skills Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Able to communicate in Chinese Or English Will be an advantage.
• Can communicate, negotiation and coordination with other parties as well.
• Ability to think critically, work proactive, development and focus on results regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
