Jawatan Kosong Asst. Delivery Driver with GDL in Sungai Petani

The Delivery Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of electric home appliances to our customers. This position involves assisting the delivery driver, handling appliances with care, providing excellent customer service during delivery, and maintaining the delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Assistance:

• Assist the delivery driver in loading, transporting, and unloading electric home appliances.
• Ensure appliances are securely packed and protected during transit.
• Navigate and follow delivery routes efficiently.

Appliance Handling:

• Handle appliances with care to prevent damage.
• Assist in the careful placement and positioning of appliances in customers' homes.
• Be able to move heavy appliances, using correct lifting techniques.

Customer Service:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Answer customer questions regarding delivery and basic appliance handling.
• Obtain customer signatures for delivery confirmation.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in verifying the delivered goods against the delivery documents.
• Inform the supervisor of any discrepancies.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
