Jawatan Kosong Digital Marketer in Melaka

Gadek Nursery, based in Melaka and Cheras, is a nursery that offers a variety of high-quality trees, including ornamental, flowering, and fruit trees. We also provide planting advice to customers and plant enthusiasts. We are currently looking for an creative, efficient, and energetic DIGITAL MARKETER (fertilizer) to join our team.

The Digital Marketer (fertilizer) role, including:

Digital Marketer (fertilizer) Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital advertising strategies for fertilizer products.
• Develop a marketing calendar based on planting seasons and promotions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media.
• Set accurate audience targeting (e.g. smallholders, farmers, nursery owners).
• Create compelling ad copywriting in both English and Malay.
• Design or coordinate with the creative team to produce ad visuals and videos.
• Monitor ad performance daily/weekly (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, visuals, and formats.
• Manage ad budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare performance reports on a regular basis.
• Launch seasonal ad campaigns (e.g. planting season, festive promos, product launches).
• Run retargeting ads for previous leads or customers.
• Build and manage customer data (custom & lookalike audiences).
• Host live selling sessions (e.g. via Facebook/TikTok Live) to boost online engagement and sales.

Requirements:

• Candidates need to pursue at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in creating content for social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and websites.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability error-free content.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail in content presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and have bubbly personalities. (easygoing)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including marketing, design and sales team.
• Patience and willing to learn.
