Jawatan Kosong Business Support Operation in Alor Setar

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support by coordinating between departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company objectives.
• Assist in managing logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient inventory management.
• Support the operations team in implementing best practices for cost-effective production and resource optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report operational performance to management for continuous improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing machinery maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Advise teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and address operational challenges with effective solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management to support overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations support role, preferably with exposure to logistics or shipping.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
• Willingness to work in Alor Setar, Kedah, and travel as needed
