Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant Finance in Kuala Kangsar

Kelayakan:

-Mempunyai Diploma dalam bidang Finance/Account atau yang berkaitan

-Mahir penggunaan Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word

-Boleh bekerja secara berkumpulan

-Proaktif dan bertanggungjawab

-Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik

Deskripsi Kerja:

1. Mengekalkan tahap piawaian perkhidmatan pelanggan yang tinggi dengan mewujudkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan memastikan semua keperluan pelanggan dipenuhi.

2. Menyemak semua pembayaran unit agen, unit persendirian dan lain-lain dengan penyata bank bulanan.

3. Memastikan semua pembayaran dibuat oleh pelanggan.

4. Mengutip pembayaran untuk penghantaran kereta ke Sabah, Sarawak dan Semenanjung Malaysia.

5. Membantu Team Sales & Team Finance dari segi pembayaran dari para pelanggan.

6. Menyediakan sebut harga, resit, invois dan ‘booking corfirmation’ kepada pelanggan.

7. Menyediakan dan menghantar tugasan harian ke group ‘WhatsApp’ untuk tujuan pemantauan.

8. Menghantar list ‘website’ atau ‘page’ yang perlu dikongsi setiap hari ke group ‘WhatsApp’.

9. Mengira sebut harga untuk ‘heavy unit’.

10. Klik dan kongsi iklan di laman web dan media sosial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
