Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive Open for Fresh Grad in Kangar

Position : Sales Executive (Open for Fresh Grad)
Salary : RM1,700 - RM1,800
Working Days: Thursday - Tuesday
Working Hours : Shift 1 (10:00 am - 6:30 pm), Shift 2 (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm).
Location: 27, Jalan Kangar Jaya 14, Kangar Jaya, 01000 Kangar, Perlis.

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in choosing eyewear or optometry services.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on lenses, frames, and optometry services.
• Understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Perform vision screening tests as required and explain results to customers.
• Maintain store display and ensure products are neatly organized and presented.
• Handle payment processing and maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up with customers for after-sales services, including product pick-up and warranty information.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to management.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, in-store events, and customer engagement activities
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including updates on the latest trends and new products in the eyewear industry.
• Actively seek opportunities to participate in external programs or events that can enhance the company’s visibility.
• Assist in preparing and managing customer orders for eyeglasses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Commission pay

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
