WORKING DAY : MONDAY - SATURDAY
SALARY : RM2500++ (DEPENDS EXPERIENCE)
MINIMUM 2-3 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING TENDERS OR EQUIVALENT.
1) Identify tender opportunities, evaluate their suitability, and manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
2) Attending site visits/ tender meetings as required.
3) Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers who can meet the requirements of the tender.
4) Identifying reliable sources of supply, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure favourable terms and pricing.
5) Monitor & update all the tenders in ePerolehan website.
6) Perform other related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
7) Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines and complete urgent task.
Requirement and skills
1)Proficiency in using computers and MS Office software.
2) Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.
3) Familiarise with government procurement is an added bonus.
4) Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
5) Able to and willing to work under pressure.
