[JOB DESCRIPTION]

• Interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
• Ability to setup machine programming
• Operate and produce parts as per drawing specification.
• Provide guidance to machine operator with basic instruction on machine operation.
• Execute basic machine maintenance.
• Maintain and update machine tooling and equipment inventory.
• Perform failure analysis on failed product, identify root cause, implement preventive measures and immediate recovery action.
• Review and improvise manufacturing process to achieve quality and efficiency improvement.
• Fully air-con and dust free environment.
• Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the Management.

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Candidate with semiconductor industry experience in operating Milling CNC Machines preferred.
• NTC/Diploma in Precision or Mechanical Engineering may apply.
• Ablilty to interpret technical drawings with machining knowledge.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM related software such as AutoCad, Uni-Graphic, MasterCam, Solid Works etc.
• Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills.
