Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting eyewear and optometry services
• Provide detailed product knowledge on lenses, frames, and eye care solutions
• Understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations
• Perform vision screening tests and explain results to customers
• Maintain store displays and ensure a neat, organized environment
• Process payments and maintain accurate sales records
• Follow up with customers for after-sales services, including product pick-up and warranty details
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
• Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in promotional campaigns, in-store events, and customer engagement activities
• Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends and new product offerings
• Actively seek opportunities to participate in external programs to enhance brand visibility
• Assist in preparing and managing customer orders for eyeglasses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
