Job Description

• The core role of this position is to respond to both emergency and non-emergency cases, provide required emergency medical services, and stabilize the patient before transferring to the proper healthcare facility.
• The employee should adhere to the guidelines of work, medical guidance, procedures of patient care, and medical guidance in accordance with their degree of qualification or licensure while transporting the patient and providing basic/advance life support.
• Must have Diploma in Medical Assistant/ Diploma in Nursing
• Have Valid APC
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• To gather and document patient's record including vital signs, personal details and treatment provided to the patient.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to understand verbal, written, and diagnostic form instructions.
• Must able to use, learn and master any equipment necessary for patient care.
• Willingness to work beyond the said hours and during public holidays.
• Mentally and physically fit.
• Able to perform as a team and perform multitask.
• Ability to stay calm and composed during stressful situations and handle the family and friends of patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure the ambulance is cleaned after every patient transfer from replacing the linens and medical supplies to scrubbing the ambulance clean.
• Ensure all the medical equipment are in ready to use condition before the shift and report immediate to the supervisor of any defaults.
