Jawatan Kosong INTERIOR DESIGNER in Putrajaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts in alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present comprehensive design proposals, including space planning, mood boards, conceptual sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and material selections for client review and approval.
• Revise drawings and design documentation as required based on client feedback and project developments.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and finishes to ensure compliance with the approved design concept and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and assess existing spaces to collect critical data for design planning and development.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design implementation and resolve issues during construction.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, local councils, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide leadership in resolving technical and operational issues on-site, ensuring effective design coordination and smooth project execution.
• Provide practical input and professional recommendations on design feasibility, timelines, milestone achievements, and lessons learned from project experience.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative and value-added solutions into projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a Designer/Interior Designer, preferably in a similar industry or firm.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3DMax or 3D modeling tools, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
