Jawatan Kosong SHOP MANAGER - AEON MELAKA in Hang Tuah Jaya

To supervise and oversee staff performance and disciplinary

Ensure manpower is sufficient at all time

Ensure staff has a good knowledge in performing their daily task

Provide related training to staff from time to time to enhance their skill and knowledge

Make sure selling floor is clean and comfortable at all time

Respond to customer’s queries about various services

Responsible that all machines are in a good condition and card system and prizes are sufficient to meet customers need

To communicate or discuss with HQ on promotion, sales and etc to ensure business operates smoothly and achieve monthly target

Conduct periodical stock taking, report management

Willing to work on weekend, public holidays and shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,450.00 per month
