Job Description:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations including harvesting, manuring ,maintenance, infrastructure, upkeep and development of the overall estate according to plantation standards (MSPO) and regulations.
• To organize and control Fresh Fruit Bunches collection system.
• To plan and co-ordinate maintenance practices in the estate.
• To plan and coordinate land clearing, planting and replanting whenever necessary
• To supervise oil palm nursery operations.
• To ensure adherence to good operational standards.
• To submit weekly forecast and monthly report to the Estate Manager.
• Be involved in budgeting, verification and stock monitoring of fertilizers, weeding chemicals, and other related items.
• Must be able to plan and implement work schedule to achieve goals and targets set by the company.
• To submit daily works report to the director, detailing the progress of the work done
• To source for manpower to carry out estate’s daily operation.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision. Perform any tasks / duties assigned by Estate manager.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary, STPM, 'A-Level, Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial working experience in oil palm estate.
• Must have experience in handling of oil palm estate.
• Having experience in durian plantation is an added advantage.
• Having strong work ethics, excellent communication, organizational and time management skill.
• Be a strong problem solver.
• Having ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Be a good team leader, highly motivated and results oriented.
• Proficient in the use of computer.
• Preferred language: Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
• Must be able to stay in the estate, located at Segamat, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
