We are a well-established and dynamic company specialising in the sale, rental and services (re-conditioning) of new and used construction machinery and equipment.

We are now looking for experience Finance Manager to join our team!

Job Description and requirements

• Willing to relocate.
• In charge for day-to-day financial operations.
• Overseen for Malaysia and Singapore accoun.
• Review financial report and analysis the healthy of financial of the company.
• Responsible of cash flow management, cost control, budge, cash flow and forecast preparation.
• Reporting directly to Directors.
• Responsible for managing financial aspects including accounting, audit, tax, legal compliance, treasury management, consolidation and etc.
• Treasury management including getting loan facilities and planning for cash management or investments strategies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, financial institutions & etc.
• Ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory mandates, accounting standards, company policies and procedures.
• Debtors & creditor Aging analysis & management.
• Assist on any ad-how reporting & projects required by the management and other departments.
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in 360 Microsoft Dynamic accounting systems Will be plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent. Candidates with a finance degree and substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting experience.
• Fluency in mandarin and English.
