Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (easy access via public transportation)
Salary Range: RM6,500 – RM8,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days a week, on-site)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong expertise in operational finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with timely financial insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and general ledger.
· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
· Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
· Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making.
· Manage and guide the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) is an added advantage.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in operational finance.
· Solid knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
