Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ASSISTANT FULL TIME in Lahat

• Responsible of the overall function of Accounts Department of the company, including preparation of basic financial reports, cash flow projection, consolidations and operating function of the department and coordination with other departments.
• Review financial reports and management reporting for financial performance review and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Handle journal vouchers for AR, AP and GL functions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary as well as regulatory bodies in relation to the issues related to statutory account, statutory filling and audit compliance, as well as internal control compliance.
• Ensure submission of the yearly account to auditor before deadline.
• Oversee company’s treasury function, control and manage company’s cash flow, credit facilities maintenance and expansion, dividend issuance, and cash transfer activities.
• Review on debtors/creditors aging on monthly basis.
• Contributing to company accounting strategy
• Any other ad-hoc assignment from management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an Accounting Professional Certificate (LCCI/ACCA/ CIMA/ MIA, etc), Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferably have experience in SQL system
• Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in Accounts/Finance relevant field.
• Able to meet group reporting datelines.
• Analytical minds in financial review.
• Required language(s): Mandarin (Required : Fluent in Speaking), English, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
