Responsibilities

• Planned, executed, and managed Fee-Based products' marketing and sales activities to achieve the monthly target.
• Plan and roll out the visitation schedule for both existing and new customers.
• Participate in sales and promotional activities.
• Gather and analyse financial data to offer customers financial advisory services.
• Attend to all customers’ requests and complaints promptly and within the stipulated service level.
• Timely preparation of reports on marketing, sales activities, and performance for the Branch Manager / Branch Business Manager.
• Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide good after-sales service to avoid complaints and attrition.
• Ensure adherence to and compliance with all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Specific Skills/Knowledge

• 2-3 years of experience in unit trust or takaful products.
• Acquiring TBE/FIMM certification is an advantage.
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in a related field from a recognised education institution.
• Enjoy meeting people and engaging in meaningful conversations.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
