Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor contract manufacturing industry and will be able to effectively manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials and components for our projects.
Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage assigned commodities, including consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project-related procurement.
• Issue Purchase Orders and diligently follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the supplier relationship management process.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to expedite tasks and achieve timely completion, respecting confidentiality requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Work with other departments to ensure that the sourcing and procurement meets the needs of the business.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and risks before they arise and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and industry best practices.
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
