Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the e-commerce operations, including product uploads, updates, and maintenance on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc).
• Ensure accurate product information titles, descriptions, pricing, images, stock levels.
• Monitor and coordinate order processing, fulfilment, returns and customer enquiries (in collaboration with operations / customer service teams).
• Maintain and organise digital files, internal SOPs, workflows, FAQs and knowledge base to support operations.
• Assist in generating e-commerce reports/data (sales, stock, performance) and provide administrative support to the e-commerce team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards & quality control (as Desince emphasises product quality with ready stock, fast delivery and competitive pricing)

Requirement

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Able to handle product upload, data entry and order updates
• Good in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team
