Jawatan Kosong Finance And Account Executive in Ipoh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and process payroll, including salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support the audit process and liaise with auditors as required.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance or Account Executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling payroll and taxation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
