Jawatan Kosong Internship REMOTE - Human Resource in Remote

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support.

What will you do as a HR intern?

• Source Candidates: Identify and attract candidates through various channels including online job boards.
• Prepare Candidate Profiles: Compile information of shortlisted candidates to highlight their strengths and suitability for specific roles
• Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between manager and candidates while ensuring a seamless and efficient process
• Manage Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our system in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

Job Requirements

• Attitude is everything. As long as you are willing to learn, take up challenges and responsibilities, the stage is for you to shine.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English speaking.
• Pleasant personality: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible work attitude: Able to respond quickly and efficiently.
• Highly responsible: Self-disciplined, self-managed, and self-motivated.

Take Note:

• This is remote internship without salary or allowance. Interns will have online meetings weekly to discuss tasks, workflow, and necessary updates.
• Qualified applicants will be selected for exciting on-site or remote internship positions in various organizations.
• Interns who successfully meet the KPIs and fulfill the company's expectations will be provided with a recommendation letter and may be offered a full time position at the conclusion of the internship.
• Project-based positions are eligible for a commission based on successful project outcomes, company, and/or individual performance, set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings from the prior year.
