Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor in Kota Kinabalu

Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Manage all QS activities before and after contracts, including estimation, quantity take-offs, and claim preparation.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, ensuring work is certified accurately and on time by the client/main contractor.
• Track and record all variation orders, ensuring they are claimed properly.
• Review contract documents and Prepare Work Orders and Letter of Award for Sub-Contractor
• Verify and process progress claims and variation orders from sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring payments are in line with contract terms.
• Handle other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a relevant field and familiar to construction project.
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or related disciplines.
• Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, measurement, understanding construction drawings, and handling site management issues.
• Work Ethic: Committed, with a willingness to put in extra hours when needed.
• Personality: Friendly, sociable, and easy-going, with a relaxed approach to teamwork
