JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct daily site inspections (common areas, car park, M&E rooms, loading bay, food court, etc..)
• Report defect, safety hazards and irregularities
• Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping, and contractor performances
• Assist in supervising outsourced service providers

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in property management, building/facilities management, or related industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant field of study are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, and safety regulations.
• Able to identify defects, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to prepare simple reports and documentation.
• Responsible, proactive, and attentive to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Physically fit to conduct routine site inspections.
• Able to coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
