• Menyambut serta melayan pelanggan dengan mesra semasa mereka memasuki kafe.
• Mengambil pesanan dengan tepat dan menghidangkan makanan/minuman dengan segera.
• Mengendalikan stesen pastri (kek, roti, pastri, biskut).
• Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan tugas pembersihan dan penyelenggaraan am, seperti menyapu, mengemop, membersihkan gelas/cermin, perabot dan kelengkapan, menyusun meja serta memastikan kebersihan tandas.
• Mengurus dan memberi respon terhadap keperluan pelanggan dengan segera dan profesional seperti memberi bil kepada pelanggan, mengembalikan wang atau kad kredit kepada pelanggan.
• Mempunyai semangat kerja berpasukan, kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, dan keupayaan bekerja dengan berkesan di bawah tekanan.
• Membantu rakan sekerja dalam melaksanakan tugasan mereka serta memberi sokongan di mana diperlukan bagi memastikan makanan disediakan, dibungkus dan dihantar kepada pelanggan tepat pada masanya.
