Jawatan Kosong QA Executive in Klang

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Certificate / Diploma in related field

2. 2 years working experience as a Quality Assurance in ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC17025, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified manufacturing field / company.

Job Responsibility

1. Fully responsible for the Documentation Control based on the QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and ISO/IEC 17025) and SHEMS (Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Systems) requirements within company Electronic Document Management System (e-DMS).

2. To supervise the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Systems (SHEMS) in the factory based on ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC17025, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and in-house documented procedures.

3. To involve actively in Internal Audits, Product Audits, SOP Audits and Supplier Audits activities and compilation of related audit reports.

4. To guide QA Supervisor on matters related to factory QA Final Inspection and monitoring of online / offline activities at both plant.

5. To control and ensure all QA Supervisors / Inspectors performance including QA Inspector buy-off efficiency monitoring and discipline.

6. Carry out On Job Trainings and review Core Skill Training Matrix for QA Supervisors / Inspectors and necessary training on usage of Work Instruction, Acceptance Criteria, Finishing Process Instruction & Part Inspection Standard and follow up on effectiveness evaluation.

7. To involve actively in company Safety & Health Committee as Worker Representative and related activities.

8. Coordinate and follow up with respective Head of Department on all Preventive/ Corrective Action Request (PCAR) & Internal Rejections raised and timely completion of necessary actions & evidence.

9. Handle customer complaints and investigation activities including visit customer premises if necessary.

10. Involved on monthly QA meeting (QMS/SHEMS), prepare minutes of meeting, and collect KPI data & monitor effectively.

11. Tracking and monitoring of departmental KPIs with objective evidence.

12. To coordinate Safety and Health & 5S activities within QA department.

13. Act as Customer Vendor Representative (CVR) for Meggitt Aircraft Braking System (MABS)

14. Any other assignments / duties given by the Department Head or any other higher authorized personnel from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
