We are seeking a versatile and skilled IT Executive with strong technical, analytical, and coding capabilities to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s IT infrastructure and system development operations, ensuring reliability, security, and full compliance with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) technology and cyber-risk management requirements.

Job Description:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user account management, access control, server configuration, and regular data backup and recovery.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance, including network connectivity, firewall security, and storage systems.
• Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, as well as basic cloud administration on AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud.
• Develop, test, and maintain internal applications, automation tools, or web-based systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with system integration, including API connections between internal and external platforms.
• Manage documentation of systems, networks, and source code using proper version control tools.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure IT operations comply with LFSA technology and cyber-risk management guidelines.
• Support internal IT audits, disaster recovery testing, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or software development.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (desktop & server), network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN), and basic Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud.
• Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, JavaScript, PHP, or C#.
