Jawatan Kosong Commis 1/2/3 in Ranau

Commis 1:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with our standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Work under the guidance of senior chefs to develop your culinary skills.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Head Chef.

Commis 2:

• Take on more responsibility in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
• Help manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
• Ensure consistent portion sizes and presentation of dishes.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Assist in menu planning and development.

Commis 3:

• Lead specific sections of the kitchen with minimal supervision.
• Oversee the work of Commis 1 and 2 chefs, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Contribute to the creation of new recipes and menu items.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Commis 1: Basic culinary training or previous kitchen experience preferred.
