Jawatan Kosong Customer Success Executive in Kota Kinabalu

A Customer Success Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products and services. Their role is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction to maximize retention and growth

Job Responsibilties:

• Customer onboarding - Assist new customers in understanding and successfully use the product
• Relationship Management -Maintain a strong relationship with key clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Product Adoption & Training - Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage
• Proactive Engagement - Anticipate customer needs and address issue before they arise.
• Renewals & Retention - Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
• Cross-Selling & Upselling - identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree holder from any courses; 1-2+ years of experience in customer service preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems
• This position will be based at East Region (Sabah & Sarawak) & do require to travel to HQ office for office meeting/gatherings.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset;
• Able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tools and procedures
• Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
