IMFinance is a mortgage broking servicing business that mainly based in Australia. We are currently looking for a unique and amazing talent to join their team on a full-time basis.

You will be working with a group of friendly team members from Sydney and China offices. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and reconcile summary report based on loan information and client’s profile provided by mortgage brokers
• Work with team member to calculate and finalize the serviceability for clients.
• Data entry related information into ApplyOnline system
• Communicate with lenders for any loan updates or reviews
• Follow up Conditional & Formal Approvals and revert accordingly to meet the deadlines
• Complete settlement and follow up any rebates program for clients
• Provide after sales services and on-going clients’ assistance

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) speaking, reading, and writing is a MUST
• Have reliable home internet connection
• Candidates with basic Financial / Accounting knowledge would be preferred but not necessarily
• A team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
