Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:

• Menyediakan dan merekod transaksi kewangan harian (Penerimaan bayaran)
• Menyemak dan memproses bil, invois dan resit
• Menyediakan laporan akaun bulanan dan tahunan
• Menguruskan penyimpanan rekod kewangan secara sistematik
• Membantu penyediaan penyata bank dan rekonsiliasi akaun
• Memastikan semua urusan kewangan mematuhi polisi dan prosedur syarikat

Kelayakan:

• Minimum Diploma dalam bidang Perakaunan atau yang setaraf (kelebihan kepada calon yang mempunyai pengalaman berkaitan).
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam prinsip perakaunan dan pengurusan kewangan.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office terutamanya Word dan Excel, serta berpengalaman mengendalikan sistem perakaunan asas.
• Teliti, berintegriti tinggi serta mempunyai tahap ketepatan kerja yang baik.
• Bertanggungjawab, proaktif dan mampu menyiapkan tugasan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
