Jawatan Kosong Finance Executive in Labuan

• Execution of full set of account’s computation and maintenance (P&L, BS and SCF)

• Produce processes, improve processes, maintain and govern the processes around Treasury Compliance, Documentation Compliance, and Finance Operation’s processes.

• Involvement with operation’s processes where there are elements of risk towards Finance scope such as Inventory Management, Claim’s Management, Supplier’s Claim Due Diligence, and any processes requiring attention by Finance.

• Fulfilling the timeliness and readiness of closing of accounts and reports for review on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Ensuring all statutory contributions are paid on a timely manner to avoid penalties.

• Ensuring all transactional data reported in the Management Accounts are accurate at all times.

• Monitor daily balances to ensure future obligations are being met without any disruption.

• Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure a smooth audit and compliance process.

• Liaise with banks on payments, deposits, and account matters.

• Ensure invoices are issued to clients promptly and conduct follow-ups to ensure receivables are fulfilled.

• Prepare payment runs and ensure approvals are properly tracked.

• Maintain AR/AP ageing reports and keep things organized for easy tracking.

• Contribute ideas to make accounting operations more efficient, accurate, and transparent.

• Take on any adhoc task provided by the reporting line manager as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
