Jawatan Kosong Project Coordinator in Kangar

Job Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural day to day activities concerning with design, standard practices, specifications and construction of the project
• Responsible for coordinating the execution of all construction activities on work site, ensuring consistent high standard of workmanship and efficiency all under Project Manager mentorship
• Preparation of site documentation, routine visit, monitoring and review manpower requirement
• Coordinate changes to the drawings and contract and ensure documentation updates
• Attending site inspections, technical issues ant to maintain a safe working environment and to ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirement
• To oversee the project activities and ensure the projects completed as per schedule and within budget
• To comply and adhere to company policy and take of company interest and properties
• To deliver the instructions and assignment given by the superior

Requirement:

• 10 years of solid working experiences in high-rise building with main contractor company from substructure to superstructure.
• Able to use Autocad Software, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Products and Power point.
• Able to work in fast-pace environment.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, able to work independently, and able to meet deadline.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
