Key Responsibilities:
● Procurement Management
○ Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
○ Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions.
○ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met.
● Supplier Management
○ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
○ Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed.
● Compliance and Internal Controls
○ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
○ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls related to procurement.
● Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
○ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
○ 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
○ Strong negotiation skills.
○ Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
