Jawatan Kosong Facility Operation Executive Kangar Jaya Mall in Kangar

1. Support the Facility Manager in achieving company vision, mission, business strategies. goals and objectives.

2. Manage the entire day to day property operations, upkeep and maintaining the M&E services, facilities, security, functionality, safety, cleanliness, esthetic value and full compliance with all related policies and procedures.

3. Enforce and comply with established policies and standard operating procedures.

4. Track and follow up on Management accounts, maintenance for building, contractor licenses and defects.

5. To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.

5. Any other task or duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Building, facility or relevant.
• Experience in similar roles and responsibilities preferably in mall or building operation is an advantage
