Jawatan Kosong Drafter in Puchong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare engineering and architecture drawings in accordance to standards and project requirements
• Involve in measurement calculation and specification of detail drawings
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering and architecture team
• Liaise with the project teams, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Prepare technical report and support to internal and external parties.
• Collaborate and interact with construction teams, associates and related project parties
• Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection
• Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD)/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Related Field
• Proficient in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and MS Office
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay
• Possess driving license and able to drive
• Be adaptable and work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals
• Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities
• Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time
• Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic
• Attendance/Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time
