Jawatan Kosong RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT in Alor Setar

Join our hotel team and help us deliver excellent guest service!

Job Responsibilities :

• Receptionist to serve as out guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of the accommodation.

• Registering guests, managing reservation , handle check-in/check out procedures and providing information about rooms rate and amenities.

• Respond to phone calls , emails, and customers inquiries.

• Perform general administrative duties.

Job Requirements :

• **Able to work on Rotation Shift , including Night Shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Computer system

• Able to multitasking

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

• Relevant experience preferred, Diploma / Degree fresh graduates are welcomed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
