Jawatan Kosong Sales Advisor in Melaka

Job Summary:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Tiam Heng Machinery, assisting customers in finding the right products and solutions for their needs. You’ll provide expert product knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and through other sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrations, including power tools, machinery, gardening, and cleaning equipment.
• Prepare quotations, handle sales transactions, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Support promotional activities, combo offers, and in-store marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the technical and after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Someone friendly, approachable, and good at communication.
• Passionate about tools, machinery, or learning new things.
• Responsible, honest, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Sales experience (especially in hardware or machinery) is a plus, but not required — we provide training!
