• Mengurus dan menyusun dokumen serta fail syarikat.
• Mengendalikan surat-menyurat, e-mel dan komunikasi dalaman.
• Menyediakan laporan, minit mesyuarat dan dokumen berkaitan.
• Menjalankan tugas pentadbiran harian seperti pemfailan, pengurusan jadual dan tempahan peralatan pejabat.
• Berurusan dengan pelanggan dan pihak berkepentingan apabila diperlukan.

Kelayakan :

• [SPM/DIPLOMA/IJAZAH] dalam bidang berkaitan.
• Pengalaman dalam pentadbiran atau pengurusan pejabat adalah satu kelebihan.
• Kemahiran menggunakan perisian pejabat seperti Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.
• Mempunyai kemahiran organisasi dan komunikasi yang baik.
