Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Planner to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the daily movement of trucks, managing driver assignments, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, drivers, and clients. The ideal candidate is a team player with a keen interest in stakeholder management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Planning: Plan and coordinate daily truck movements to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Driver Management: Assign drivers to scheduled trips, communicate movement plans, and manage day-to-day driver coordination.
• Attendant Assignment: Allocate attendants to each trip as required to support cargo handling and delivery operations.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to confirm delivery windows and ensure expectations are met.
• Cargo Supervision: When necessary, observe and supervise the loading of cargo to ensure proper handling and compliance with safety standards.
• Documentation: Compile and process delivery orders to support timely and accurate invoicing.
