Sales Support Assistant

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate sales records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
• Assist in processing sales orders, including entry, tracking, and follow-up.
• Generate and distribute sales reports, helping to track performance and identify trends.
• Liaise between sales teams and other departments, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
• Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
• Gather and analyze business trend to identify areas for improvement in products and services
