Project Title:

Encap Asahi T-mold Wire Sweep/Sway Elimination

Description:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of chase-to-chase performance to identify factors impacting wire sway and sweep performance at the Asahi T-mold. Ensure the stability of all three press runs and closely monitor their performance for the Asahi T-mold. Develop a detailed restoration plan based on vendor recommendations.

Scope:

Conducting feasibility studies to assess FDC data capture and control limits

Setup technical analysis that focus on part that need to be replace during restoration activity.

Monitor the performance of the lot following the implementation of the actions.

To work and collaborating with the team member for process alignment and agreement

Improving SOPs and training for mold temperature checks and calibrations

Supporting Team:

ES Team / Shift Crew

PCS Team

Process Team (PE)

Deliverable:

Monitor lot performance

Collaboration with rest of team members.

Enhance SOP

Stretch Goal:

Involve in depth analysis with vendors

Improve wire sweep case

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Mechatronic/Mechanical
