Jawatan: Accountant / Account Assistant

Tanggungjawab:

• Mengurus dan merekod transaksi kewangan harian

• Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan dan tahunan

• Mengendalikan akaun belum bayar (AP) dan akaun belum terima (AR)

• Menyediakan penyata bank dan membuat bank reconciliation

• Mengurus invois, resit, baucar bayaran dan dokumen berkaitan

• Membantu penyediaan audit dan urusan percukaian (LHDN, SST jika berkaitan)

• Memastikan rekod kewangan teratur dan mematuhi prosedur syarikat

• Tugasan lain berkaitan akaun apabila diperlukan

Kelayakan:

• Diploma / Ijazah dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan

• Pengalaman dalam bidang akaun adalah kelebihan (fresh graduate dialu-alukan)

• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan perisian perakaunan

• Teliti, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari

• Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
